We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Assistant Intern to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to our marketing efforts by supporting event planning, content creation, and social media management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Event Support:
- Assist with logistics and preparation for internal and external events, such as community events, and industry engagements.
- Assist in preparing event materials, including branded collateral and promotional content.
- Maintain checklists and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with internal departments to create client-specific materials, such as proposals, case studies, and presentations.
- Draft and proofread content to align with RCG’s branding standards.
- Social Media Management:
- Gather visuals and stories for use on RCG’s social channels.
- Assist with drafting and scheduling posts, monitor engagement, and track performance metrics.
- Administrative Support:
- Update contact lists, organize digital assets, and handle routine data entry.
- Assist in tracking metrics and organizing campaign-related tasks.
Desired Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in social media platforms; experience with Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and eagerness to learn.
Position Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Someone seeking a career change into marketing.
- Interest in gaining hands-on experience in marketing, events, and content creation.
