We are currently seeking a Senior Project Engineer with a strong background in Microsoft technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT projects for our clients, focusing on Microsoft, Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 solutions. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects and driving continuous improvement in our service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and manage client IT projects, focusing on Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  2. Configure and manage advanced networking hardware, including firewalls, switches, and routers, from leading industry vendors.
  3. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, develop project scopes, and create detailed project plans with clear objectives, milestones, and timelines.
  4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other project team members in Microsoft technologies.
  5. Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Microsoft solutions and ensure the stability and reliability of clients’ IT environments.
  6. Continuously research emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions and improvements for our client’s IT environments.
  7. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations, and project reports.
  8. Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
  9. Contribute to the development of internal processes and best practices to enhance the efficiency and quality of our service delivery.
  10. Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Network Hardware and Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure and experience in implementing and managing cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing complex IT projects.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCSA, Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
